Why and How we use ICT's

You may have noticed that we use a great deal of digital technologies or ICT's (Information Communication Technologies) in this class.  There are many great reasons why this is so.  Our class decided that it is important for us to share 3 of these reasons with you, so we created a video using ICT's.  We hope you find this video enjoyable and learn a little more about the important work we do in this class.  Please click on the videos page to see our work in action.

Rainbow State School has a learning framework that guides students to be creative, collaborative, critical thinkers who are also responsible digital citizens. In keeping with this framework, our class is well supplied with the tools necessary to develop these abilities. Each student has access to an iPad and laptop for individual use. These include numerous software programs. Our class has an Interactive White Board and our learning is guided by the Australian Curriculum.
